As I remember, Denki's with the subjugation of the PL. So maybe he's somewhere there near Fatgum the ninja hero.
I'm pretty sure that denki got like really hurt in one of the chapters? Like he got hit really hard but they didn't show us anything else about him. And wasn't sero with the rest of the class (mono, mina, kirishima, etc. They were together at one point??)

Did a quick search and he's undercover. Just read somewhere their best bet of being traitor was denki kaminari. Was it already adressed?
Imagine Horikoshi killing one 1-A student just to put Shinso for the following chapters, probably in their second year in UA...
