BeCause I agree this is her chance to fix her previous life. Before she was a princess who never attended politics or learn about her empire I guess she thought her marriage was what Love between man a woman was supposed be to have a one sided love her innocence and ignorance played a big role in her future.
So 1 can say her big change was attending and meeting her future choice someone who cared about her empire and to teach her how to love it and she saved him too. I wonder even though she chose him as an aide will there be a chance for her to marry him too

people that hate on fl don't realize that not every fl ever has to be some bad ass bitch that is the alpha-female over all females. the fl is this story has trauma and was in a toxic relationship, but for some reason people in the comments are blaming her for that?? truly blows my mind that some people in this word are the type to blame and get mad at the victim in toxic/abusive relationships. just tells you what sort of people they are ig. female lead will get stronger while the story progresses.
