I posted a similar topic earlier and your observation is spot on to mines. Hwi was a total ANGEL and didn't he look amazing! Sad too though.
The thing is that Hwi doesn't know about what's happened yet....
He doesn't know, but he has an idea I think. For instance, when Param tells him that he did something which was why he couldn't look at Hwi, Hwi responds along the line that he knew Param always had feelings for Han. So I think although Param didn't come out and say exactly what happened, Hwi has an idea because he knows Param.
So in today's raws, Jun asks Param what is his heart telling him now or who does his heart want (my translation of the translation). Param says that he knows but its too late, seemingly referring to Hwi and how Hwi in ch.43 told him that they shouldn't see each other again.
indeed I think the same, hwi was the first one that came up with han name so even if he doesn’t know exactly what happened probably he got something went on between param and han :(
If Param doesn’t go to Hwi in the next chapter I’ll scream (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

so param has fever and jun goes to his house, I think param tell her about what happened, she was pretty face palm (same gurl) then told param somethin but I didn’t really get it, but like she calls hwi and tells him param is sick and needs medicine. So hwi A FUCKING ANGEL goes to param house, outside the door he imagine himself going to hug param and it bloke my heart okay but then he makes the right choice and just leave the medicine outside the door, when param opens the door he see it and run to the balcony to see hwi walking away, he then crawls up and tell himself something like “so u really came”
I like seeing param struggling tbh DESERVED still hwi pained expression the whole time really breaks my heart
