no,this is you who have no enough knowledge on pregnancy. Every women is different. There are pregnant women who can keep dancing, exercising, etc etc and their babies are healthy..no every woman need to stay like if she is an invalid person.

With all due respect, please do more research before full-on disrespecting someone based on something you're not well aware of. It would be sophistry to mention strong words such as "invalid" in such context. I'm assuming you're too young to have understood pregnancy well but there's enough resources on Google if you wish to know more

Soft exercises such as walking are OK but heavier exercises such as running, lifting heavy objects etc and movements that require bending or putting pressure on your stomach in any way are very risky during pregnancy. Of course it wouldn't cause damage/miscarriages in ALL cases but there's a good chance it will in A LOT if not for MOST.

The intensity of an exercise vary from person to person. People who are generally active before pregnancy can still run, lift weights, and do modified workouts during pregnancy but only in moderation with little intensity. It also depends on how far they are in their trimester. Constant bending and excercise isn't bad on the first trimester, but it could be risky when the second and third trimesters come

Of course with heavy supervision and she also shouldn't be doing it in a very uncertain point in her pregnancy. She has a lot of stress on her from marriage, love, work so she shouldn't be doing anything other than light exercise. I agree with you that it varies from person to person but it's also extremely vital to take into consideration outside elements. Just because you can control your emotions doesn't mean you can control others.

i had a sister who have been pregnant 3 times and this is what i know if a pregnancy is healthy u can do your daily activities normally up until 5 months of pregnancy. meaning if you regularly excercise do chores etc. you can still do them. from 6th to 9th months your adivse should be followed. now if you have complications in your pregnancyyour advise should be followed the moment pregnancy is identified. i know this because we lived together and i was the one who went through with her on check-ups as his husband was on duty on the military. :D

It isn't really bad if you don't have a risky pregnancy or passed your first trimester.

Lol I've been pregnant twice and you can do anything if you're past the risky stage or don't have a history of miscarriage.

Be careful when you say anything. People might get the wrong idea

Well, that's what my doctor told me and that's what I pretty much did (except the last month). So you should consult your doctor before taking advice on the internet.

I'm not going against your doctor's advise, I'm just saying that your wording could be taken differently. When you say anything, some of these people can take it as literally anything. Drinking, smoking, rollercoaster ride, etc. I've seen people eat california reapers while pregnant because they thought they could do anything.

That's just plain stupid. No doctor in hell would allow you to drink or smoke, ride dangerous rides or eat heavy food. The people who do all this are acting up on their own and ignoring their doctor's advice.

Not only is every woman different, every pregnancy is different. I have 3 children. My first pregnancy was so bad my doctor advised me to leave work. I vomited all 9 months. I had to go to the hospital for nausea shots 5 times during that pregnancy. I was in labor for 36 hours. After giving birth I hemorrhaged 2 weeks later. Ugh! By contrast during my other 2 pregnancies I was Wonder Woman. I was strong, went to the gym, boating, swimming and worked until I went into labor. NO NAUSEA at all.

My sister has 3 children. She’s also had several miscarriages so she had to treat every pregnancy very carefully. Anyway, all women are different and each pregnancy is unique.
