sure lil bro he does have point in being considerate to workers. But the way he dissed sub president and ripped his blueprints without telling him why it's "trash" is just fucking unreasonable. He just trampled uke's work without giving a proper critique and pointers to follow. Instead, lil bro was being a bitch ass and kept avoiding uke when he's practically begging for an advice and reason why he had to accept such harsh criticism. Next, father is idiotic asf, Sure there are things that you pick up by experience but there are also things that you MUST learn through guidance and PROPER teaching. You don't just throw someone in a field that they're completely unfamiliar of and no experience to boot without proper training, specially wielding!
