Still looks more like a girl to me,the name is unisex so we cant tell. Ofc boys can wear dresses but still most of boys dont do that. There is many sweet outfits for boys so why the author, in almost every scene, made him/she wear a dress? Dialogue translation can be wrong somethimes (and it sometimes happens) so idk, looks like a girl to me but I dont think its important
