Can someone help me find this story? I believe it was yaoi or shounen ai, but it was about a guy who would be picked at by some guys and one day a person (guy obviously) helps him. The guy who helped him starts hanging out with him for some time and then tells him that the reason those guys picked on him was because they secretly liked him, or something along the lines. I'm not too sure what happened after that, but the guy who helped him wonders why the main character (uke, I think) is avoiding him - we then find out that the reason he avoided him and didn't talk much was because he had gotten a tongue piercing and it was still healing.
