It's not that heart wrenching but it's getting there. Also I think his excuse for "cheating" was that he thinks his relationship with uke was done and the uke is the only one holding onto the relationship so that's his excuse for it. It was stated in the last chapter when seme said "you're the one who stuck to me like a piece of shit" Lol
