I agree, i once heard a phrase which i think fits a lot with what you said!

This is mostly my own interpretations of things. I think it’s super cute how the author made Do Gyeong Cain’s door. Just think abt it, it’s basically saying that DG is Cain’s home and where Cain should be. Being with DG, a DOOR, and the fact that Cain’s home is INSIDE DG is just so cute. A home most of the time is a place where you get to relax and enjoy your time and being with DG gives Cain time off from his responsibilities in the other world and it’s the same for DG who gets a break from the stress of his own life. This story is seriously one of the cutest and best creations ever (ノ≧∇≦)ノ
