Well. Yuki did play a big part in their life and then suddenly he was gone and theyre all like "fuck what now". Its easy to get stuck in the past when something that made u feel so alive was part of it. Time moves forward so like they all have to move on. But better said than done you know ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Uhm they haven’t moved forward properly and understood their emotions and what’s left of them after their friend and lover suddenly was gone from their lives obviously it’s not something they would ever completely recover from
