Yea and he wouldnt have been hurt more if he talk about it with Hara, while his insecurities are sometimes relatable he is causing more pain to Hara by lying to him, and his tragedy in the past is sad i feel sorry for him but he's doing it to Hara too in a roundabout way.
I dont even want to say his name i feel so sorry for Hara for always being understanding, not everyone can be patient enough for people like that
