He wasn’t drawn like a girl, it’s just his hair. His physic and attitude are actually very similar to most ukes’. If you try imaging his with short hair whenever you think he looks like a woman, you’ll see he actually doesn’t look like a girl at all other than being fucking adorable.
He has a skinnier body frame as well as just smaller, but it's definitely not a feminine one. Also long hair doesn't = woman/feminine.

I don't understand why you guys are trying to excuse hus appearance. Because he really does look too feminine. If our eyes can see that he's almost already like a girl, then he is. There's no point in imaging him with short hair whatnot. Also, I personally love men with long hair so i don't really think that's feminine at all but mc looks like your generic black haired shoujo mc and he also Acts like a girl.
