By default, it looks like the female sex. And she grew up as a girl.
I mean it's still genderless but it's OK if she identifies herself as a girl.
First of all,,, she is a girl. She is not gender less because her mother is a half elf. When she came to her own world and got in touch of her father, her upper body became like this but her lower part is still same. (Oh I really hope she gets her boob's back, flat chest really hearts.
