currently it looks like she only gave up on correcting anyone about her gender. since she noticed without breasts noone is gonna see her as a woman and because of the danger her sorcery could be annuled and I guess it takes power and effort to keep them breast alive she can't keep up her female appearance all the time. - those superficial bastards!
