Technically there was a manga called Ai to Yokubo wa Gakuen De which uses this sorta premise where its the future, sex is becoming a big industry and so boys enter the school to learn sex techniques. It just wasn't very versatile popular since its kinda old
it's actually weird that no one has thought of this kind of plot until now. It's so fucking funny!
