it’s quite common to have “dictators” nowadays in power
they devoid people of their choice without the people’s knowledge
steal from them
kill them
imprison them in their own country by not letting them access their money (in dollars) freely
they even have a limit of how much money they can access in their own currency
devaluate the currency
destroy a culture by not letting artisans and producers flourish
so tourism is nonexistent
starve a population
and they still live in their own world
and easy example of that would be the lebanese politicians
