There are plenty of wholesome stories like Kimi Ni Todoke, Hibi No Chouchou, Last Game, & Hiyokoi so surely age gap/sensei lovers can get thrown a bone as well? As for me I enjoy it for the forbidden aspect and to see how they overcome it. 14 Sai No Koi has a really interesting potential side couple where the older one is a woman instead.
