Yes hypocritical of him he got jealous of another doctor but he himself plays around but they aren't in love yet. i got irritated too . They are not in relationship and doctor only is interested in huyk mc .it's still not love. But here he is going to his sex friend like he did in ch4 when he used this orange haired sex friend as a surrogate for uke/mc and imagined uke/mc while doing it.
