Yes I'm pretty sure he worries for him. He was with him even before finding out abt the Pearl's now he's just helping him not be in debt anymore.
I think he using him 4 money but he also feel bad about it
Doosik isn’t getting any money from the pearls, He’s working at that restaurant to make money. After agreeing that he would continue to help Juha he got a place to stay but that’s about all he’s getting out of him. Based on his actions I think it’s pretty clear he does genuinely have feelings for him
