And when you compare it to him and the FL. They have little chemistry, little in common and are both very immature for their ages.
I'm not convinced they are madly in love or have burning passion for each other.
One thing for sure, his bond with the FL is not as strong as the one he has with his ex.
The FL is insecure and easily pushed around and not really that interesting of a personality. very meek.
The ML is still SUPER close to his ex, which seems way beyond the realm of just friendship and a selfish hypocrite. Lacking maturity and basic tact.
This relationship seems doomed.
And the FL who is already in her 30s shouldn't be wasting her time with a fruitless romance that has no future.
ya, they left a pretty open ending where they are together but its not confirmed if they tied the knot. But we do know that shes satisfied with their relationship so marriage isnt a necessity for her at that moment.
FL was right to feel uncomfortable...he didnt set boundaries with his ex and let her stay at his place, hugged her, and didnt even tell his parents that he has a GF now. The guy even walked out on her when she tried to say her feelings and then interrupted her and assumed that she wanted to break up. He got jealous when the older guy was simply with her (he didnt hug her or anything just talked)
