Slave thing

I read this yaoi manga some time ago. There is this young boy and man. The boy is something like a prince or lord of some house and the man is like slave. In one point of the manga boy orders his servants to hang the man form the roof in somekind of leather thing(?). The mans eyes are covered and ears are covered so that he loses all his senses. While the man is hung from the roof the boy just sat infront of him. And when the man is let go he is very sensitive to touches.
