Glad I wasn't the only one thinking that, was like does she even use the bathroom? she said her body has no gender, so im thinking she doesn't have genitalia, so my next thought was instantly Ken doll??? lol

I think the way it works is that she has an androgynous body because when she entered her dad's world her boobs shrunk. In the beginning she states she's a girl after checking in her pants so it's safe to assume she doesn't have a pp.
