The best friend. Most manga characters like her go batshit homocidal.
Too bad she didn't just straight said she liked Chitose, instead she just insisted on him dating her to which he went along with it. I wouldn't have taken the relationship really seriously cuz what kind of attitude is that, just say you like them. However it was wrong that Chitose was kissing another girl.
She's awesome and deserved to find the right guy for her. She's better than most characters in this situation seriously
