I disagree, she has treated him to food and helped him when he was young bc she is an empathetic person. She didn’t want him to feel left out, she wanted him to have a good time at school even if there were troubles for him at home. He’s used her for his own convenience and she has done the same. So it evens out.
Plus, she knows his personality so she doesn’t know what he’ll have her do when they get married. She’s being smart about it, she’s been weighing all the pros and the cons to be 100% sure of the decision she’s going to make.
Plus, she’s been thinking about all the people in their families that would feel cheated if they knew that they made a fake marriage. In Korea, you don’t just marry the person, you marry their whole family as well. So it’s an even bigger deal even if the contract is just for one year.
idk but i dont think I like her, she uses him a lot but cant let go of her pride to pay for the favors she owes him. even when she was young she was always self righteous, its sad to see that even as an adult she hasn't changed. i get that that's her character but i don't like this certain part of her, it outweighs all her other redeeming qualities for me
