There was a really popular guy (class prez maybe?) That got into an accident, then suddenly went full blazing love confessing toward the MC, who is a more shy/background ish character. He doesnt understand why the guy suddenly is in love with him and blames it on the accident.
In reality, the class prez (?) had always loved the MC, and surviving the accident made him realize he should keep his feelings to himself.
Thought I saved it, but I cant find it in my lists...
