I totally get what you mean what i think is that the faces, colour scheme, background/settings and clothes are S tier and the angles/perspective drawn from and body lines in positions like sitting or whatever and even sometimes expressions are F tier
I think the colouring and details are pretty but overall character design is unsettling

Same ! Also the clothes fitting and size! Like the design and clothes are nice but it's ill fitting
I can't decide if the drawings are beautiful or weird.. Or both... I have cognitive dissonance. Because I want to say that the drawings are sublime and then there is a board whose panels are disproportionate .... For the cartoonist that I am, it bothers me not to be able to decide (⊙…⊙ )
