Is it just me or is the official translation worse than the illegal one?

I can’t say what it is exactly that’s bugging me but I feel like the flow isn’t as good anymore in the new chapter (15). Also the ml's name was translated differently here. Even though most of you will have less troubles pronouncing "Belgarde", I think "Beauregarde" is his real name. The story is set in medieval Europe, so it would make sense for the ml to have a French name (or a name that a Korean would consider a medieval French name).
I just feel like official translators don’t really give a fuck or maybe they are rushing but it just shows.
I’ve also noticed this before with a few other manhwas, Your Throne for example. I liked the illegal translation way more than the official one from (webtoon? I know it’s up there but idk if they’re in charge of the translation).

How/Why could that be? Looking at the credits, there’s two quality checkers and I still noticed things that would sound better if worded differently (and english is not even my first language ... although that might actually be the reason why I notice that stuff ( ̄∇ ̄"))
Do they actually not give that much of a fuck or are illegal translators just more meticulous since they’re doing it so other readers can enjoy the manhwa?

I haven't read this story yet but for Your Throne I think it just depends on where you start reading it. I read it on webtoon first and I found the translation to be good. But if you started reading it with a different translator and the names change halfway, I can see why you would prefer the translator you read it first with cuz you are more comfortable with what you've read first ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
