I don’t think so. I have heard of alpha female but that is because they have strong gene. Omega are at the bottom of the food chain.

It depends on the authors interpretation of the omega verse. In one story or another there's a yes to every question here, but not necessarily all at the same time

But wasn't the whole point of an omega to be fertile? Like, babies everywhere? And, well in most manga they still have a penis ( even that stereotype small glowing thing is still a dick) it probably has some auxiliary use beside showing how good it feels taking it up the butt...and glowing in the dark.

I know but that the omega point of even existing. Ppl just wanted men to be able to get pregnant like female. N weaker cause I believe, if I am not mistaken that all omega r male. But I do understand what u mean but in most cases omega wants babies n a alpha on their side. Depending of the story.

It's like the sad world of Sims 4, where you can't get anyone pregnant while you are pregnant yourself. And the whole real biology thing where you can't have eggs on one end and shoot bullets on the other. Well, I suppose it's more blanks in our case. God just don't want us to have the whole deal.
