Sorry to tell you, but this is how siblings act. Normally it’s more violent between a brother and sister (from experience), we’ve thrown hands, ignored each other, argued..all that. We call each other fat, dumb, stupid, bozo etc.
If you don’t have a sibling you won’t understand.
