I think since he was abandoned when he was younger.. he probably realized that when he hit people they would listen to what he wanted. He then could control them and felt safe/calm knowing that they wouldn’t leave him. So to sum it up.. I think he was abandonment issues and to cope with that he try’s to control people the best way he can... idk if I explained that well enough.

Sorry not probably realized* he did realize that.. though apparently he didn’t like to beat up people and the people he beat up were bad people. The only “good” person was (chiaki idk how to spell his name lol) -because he truly loved him and wanted to make sure he stayed with him. In the end it backfired.. sooo oh well.
Wow I read kemono, masakis story first.
I think Masaki has some disorder. I don't think it's autism, bc very rarely autistic people will hit others or get physical.
Maybe he has a personality disorder like ASPD? He is antisocial, but still knows he does bad things to others.
Or just anger management issues? So it could be that..?
Don't know, but had I read this first I wouldn't pity him that much...Chiaki didn't deserve all this.
Glad both of them found happiness in the end.
