Yes, they will but not because of this issue there's another reason why harsen and arcella divorced. I forgot the reason but it's a happy ending.

As far as I remember that Arcella's brother will die so they will pass the position to Arcella. That's why they divorce but, Im not sure if Arcella's brother will die. All I'm sure is that theh will divorce but they will make it up. So it's a happy ending.
