wow im not knowledgeable about this field so im curious how did it became cringey
I don't know that much either lol. I only know few things from my family ranting about it or forward articles and researches. (≧∀≦)
For me, it feels like I am watching magical AI version Grey's Anatomy. There is a good amount of research but it's mostly just for entertainment. The drugs and other things they talk about do exist but they are exaggerating a lot of details. The characters are explaining things way too much. I mean, sure we don't know much about it but these people have been working in this field for years. So it feels really awkward.
And doesn't it sort of feel like they are throwing a lot of scientific terms for common items as a distraction from how they are basically turning ashes into a tree with magic? XD
But that's the best thing about fantasy and magic. I am just not used to combining science with it. (￣∇￣")
This chapter is nice, but, as someone who had parents working in the pharmacy field, and i learned sth from them, this whole chapter is pretty cringy lol
