I think that bc this was probably translated from korean to english, the habit of using names while speaking to someone in korea has just become a part of how it's been translated :O not sure but that's the only thing I can think of (⌒◡⌒)
I feel so single rnnrnrn ㅠㅠ but really, are they calling each other by their first name, it sounds cute but also very mushy and corny hahaha
