Well the seme went a little overboard and took what the kid uke said literally lol. Guess would have to agree with you. But he's good looking so that's one positive thing about him xD
That and his cruelty actually makes other countries militaries respect him. And that cruelty has actually helped avoid some wars.

Is is wrong to say that there is no way I'd ever fall in love with the seme of the first story. Okay so you find out he got the idea of being cruel from the uke, WHEN THEY WERE CHILDREN!
The Uke was talking like a kid being raised in war and following his brother and Fathers orders of course he's going to say you have to be cruel.
