No I dont read raw. I think maybe that guy is Keiichi's previous lover or sex partner or whatsoever, but now Keiichi loves Shingo.

I dont think Keiichi will cheat on Shingo. It doesnt sound like him. He is the one who approach Shingo in the beginning and still he never show sign that he getting bored of our black cat.
