Im pretty sure it wasnt in a "short" amount of time pretty much the feelings were fading over time and finally at that moment he felt like he wasnt having none of that shit anymore and left
Yeah, that's what I thought, like how little by little it's fading away, and at that moment it just went and faded like boom, just didn't phrase it well lol
