Would anyone know the name of the yaoi manga where the uke is much younger than the seme and the seme was good friends with the uke's brother. What I remember is the uke getting a really bad stomach problem and calling the seme but he doesn't pick up since he's at work but feels really bad afterwards. If anyone can figure it out thank you!
