been trying to find the flag button but can't, is it the contact us link?
its not that. the flag button (assuming you’re on a phone) is to the left of the screen. so when you pull up this manga to the page with the cover and chapter list and allat look to the very left (by the title usually) and you should find it. it’ll bring you to a report page. and the end of the list is the ‘upload chapter’ option with the text box.
