My Chinese isn't that great, but here's a rough translation. I'll post the rest later when I have the time.
The chapter starts with Shinri saying, "Sorry Yuuta! Last time you lent me your notes, I spilled some coffee on them!" Yuuta's like "What have you done??" and Shinri's like "That's why I said sorry!" Yuuta thinks to himself, "Ahh this idiot.. he knows nothing about other's feelings. Yesterday.. whether I was alone or together with Shiraki-san, I always ended up thinking about you." Yuuta says, "It's no problem as long as I can still read the notes." Pinching Shinri's cheek, "But put my mind at rest, what were you doing that made you spill so much coffee?" Shinri says, "I was a little absent-minded at the time..."
Yuuta, looking skeptical, asks, "..Do you have any worries?" Shinri says, "It's not like that! Ah... Yuuta, what did you do yesterday?" Yuuta goes, "..ha?" then thinks, "This guy... just deliberately changed the subject." Speaking again, "I was just out with an acquaintance to buy things, that's all." Shinri asks, "Really...? Are you free next Sunday?" Yuuta thinks, "So he can philander/play around, huh?" [not sure about this grammar tbh, maybe it's "How can he philander?"] Yuuta says, "Anyway, Monday is also a day off, so playing around till late at night isn't a problem at all." Shinri blushes. Seeing this, Yuuta asks, "Are you stupid? You're obviously the one who asked so why are you blushing?" Shinri says, "Tr-troublesome! ...Well, I'm going to go buy a drink," and leaves.
Yuuta thinks, "I'm surprised... I thought he might blush, but not that red. This won't do, I can't help but to look forward to this..." New dude pops up and asks, "Hey, just now that person was Shinri, right?" Yuuta: "So what of it?" New dude says, "My name is Tadashi. Small text on the side reads, "Hello <3" He continues, "I'm Shinri's friend. [small text: "Pleased to meet you!"]" Yuuta, looking uncomfortable, says "...Hello." He thinks, "What does he want...?"
