I think it's after ryou and satoru come back from NY. the chapters 11.1-11.4 are all extras
the shower scene actually happened on march 6th, wich was the date of Gotou sans launch party in NY (right after their reconciliation). Satoru is remembering it when already back in Japan
Yeah, the order isn't right. But it was said in the name: extras of Dear Hatter #2, so they should be at the end.

I'm a bit confused regarding the sequence of the chapter. Um, the shower making out part (which was, undeniably, freaking HOT) after Ryou comes back to Satorou? Or is it before that?
