(I’ve heard the whole situation in the past, but if that was a one time thing that happened to ml, why is ml making it a recurring thing for mc to experience and suffer to???) the zoophilia that I’ve heard about is honestly some nasty ass shit that can’t be justified, no matter if it’s meant to be revenge rape

Jiwook got community service as a punishment and sent tapes of Juyeon’s abuse to his mother to retaliate for having to pick up cans on the side of the road. There was nothing Juyeon could have done.

(If I had to suffer, everyone else has to suffer too type shit) both characters dehumanize each other in very horrible ways. Also there was bestiality in a side story where they both participate in the sexual abuse of an animal, but that was understandably cut from the story. So it doesn’t exist anymore, but we can all shudder in fear knowing that it did exist at one point . And the three months of rape is real, if you look up the story on lilyonthevalley.com (where it’s under the name empathy) and go to chapter 19, there’s a flashback with Soohyuk meeting Jiwook for the first time as kids and Jiwook covertly invites him to come “help his junior study”. We later find out that he was abusing Juyeon at the school library. This flashback takes place in winter and Jiwook and his friends started sexually abusing Juyeon at the end of summer. Hence the three months thing.

Thanks so much for filling me in on the details though. tbh that does give me more of an open mind about the whole situation and why he’s going as far as he is. And, thank lordddd they decided to remove the beastiality scenes, because I honestly don’t think I’d be able to stomach that.

Honestly? I’d say the only reason I’m “feeling sorry” for the mc is probably due to his role as the mc and me having to actually see him getting gangraped, but after the backstory, you definitely see everything in a new light, which is so crazy to me.
Like, it’s definitely not nice to see someone get raped, but reading while knowing he’d done something similar (and not that I’m comparing ages to severity) but having done that while they were younger too, is mental to me.
Also, if it’d started around winter and ended in summer, isn’t that more than 3 months??

Glad I could give you more information! And I think my wording was unclear…Jiwook and his friends started abusing Juyeon when school started at the end of summer break. And continued to do so until the winter semester before he got caught. Which makes the timeframe around three months.
