Q actually wanted to see if Little A is a good person or not right? Right?? I want to trust in that pig (no offense intended), both him and the doctor even if shady they both seem to wanting to help out with everyone's symptoms. The doctor is a little more emotional and prefers to use medicine to suppress the animal traits, while Q is more observing and seem to get solutions from the scene at hand. Also, he totally gave Little A an hint on how to hypnotise Kendrick.
