He's a simple-minded person, so that's the only reason he can come up with. I think it's because he likes hyung (not just because of his looks) that he thinks hyung is the most handsome. Only through the lenses of love that hyung can be at the ultimate level of handsomeness in this world.

Well, if you notice they did put it in RAWS section so that means it's in different language. If it's already translated in english they will put it in CHAPTERS section.
Some people are looking for raws while waiting for the english version just to have the gist of what's happening in the story. Sometimes the raw version is already completed but the english version took forever to update and sometimes was drop. That's why they're putting up other languages. This is not the first time they did this. See other mangas.

from what i understand, people with the disease wont have symptoms unless someone falls in love with them. if u have the disease and someone falls in love with u, u start to emit pheromones
