Its only right that this well renowned masterpiece be the introduction to this list of pure mind fuckery. Although this was the first manga i read (at a age i definitely shouldn't have) this is a masterpiece in terms of psychological horror. It is clearly a well thought out manga with tension through out and if you havent read it already then honestly what are you doing on this list or any list like this.
