Yeessir, but it's never going to be s big focus, from what I've read from the comments here. Apparently comfy/sort of casual w two people who are technically old but look incredibly young - I've described it as "can't wait to see them be old people together" in previous comments of mine.
Idk if you've read the series, but as of the almost 140 chapters so far, we've only seen MC's love interest once (in terms of story arc, she did appear in multiple chapters). She appeared fairly recently, and it's been some time since we saw her. What we got so far was in no means a big thing, but it was sweet. Hope that helps answer your question.

No it does not have a love triangle. There is a side dude named Taegu that he is also in love with the Mc, however the Male lead is Seo In. I suggest you read it, the love story is between Yeonwoon(mc) and Seoin
