I'm reading the webnovel and I'm so pissed. When I first read this manhwa here I thought it's going to be one of those rom-com arranged marriage story but was I wrong. The seme is a scumbag, a psycho motherfucker. He treated Haejin like an object, he confined him, drugged him, raped him, continuously called him dirty, he hurt him to the point that he had to escape to the mountains where there's no one, a dangerous place for an omega with a frail body.
I'm at a part where he bled while climbing the mountains, that is due to the side effects of the drug.
