I had a very serious long distance relationship for two years and it was just too hard. He was 9 years older than me and a lot more mature than me... I think that if we had lived closer things might have worked out differently, but sometimes fate has different plans for us. I can't imagine never having met my husband. ;)   reply

Is it necessary to let her know? If you’re looking for a discussion buddy, I get it and it wouldn’t hurt to broach the topic. There’s nothing wrong with letting her know, I notice that I don’t tell many people that I read it. Not that I’m ashamed, it’s just never something that comes up in conversation or that I feel the need to share. ......   2 reply
