romance is done impeccably in the best way possible (when dealign with a yandere-ish character). his obsession is by no means romanticised and the fl actively attempts to escape, and in doing so basically forces him reform. as such it doesn't feel like "fl magically fixes ml" but ml chooses to improve for the sake of fl. also the plot is super good and fl is strong!
