Motivation is not enough (like what's portrayed here), discipline and consistency is what truly matters. Just do calorie deficit, eat protein equal to your body weight, and lift weights. You'll be in shape in no time

I came from ch16, just wanted to check the latest update to see if Jinhyeong and Uyun are still together cause Jinhyeong was spouting shit like he's just using Uyun and will break up with him, but wtf is this :0 Why's Jinhyeong being rude to someone else who looks like Uyun?
