The pacing does suck and all the different parts aren’t fleshed out at all like Rafaels relationship with the old boss- he said he was his lover????????? Or the fact that Rowan gave in so easy- I thought he’d hate the dudes guts bc of his mom and friend- and the time skips too are mad sudden
